Deliveries are made with the express reservation that there may be differences in color, size, and structure between samples and delivered goods. These differences can never be grounds for complaints, as they are inherent to the production process of these materials. Information about materials and prices on the website/webshop and in catalogs, brochures, and quotations are always subject to printing errors.

Payment

Maestro Steps accepts the following payment methods: Bancontact, credit card. We will never charge more than the amount approved at the time of purchase.
All prices include VAT and other taxes. The prices shown are current prices. Every order of samples is only binding after payment of the amount.

Levering
Products are always shipped via Bpost.

Right of withdrawal
These rules only apply to sales to consumers, unless otherwise agreed. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. After returning samples, the discount voucher received after the order expires.

Returns
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. When returning products, you are responsible for packaging them securely. You bear the risk for the product until it is delivered. Include a copy of the order confirmation or clearly state the order number.

Refunds
After a successful return, we will refund the purchase amount. We will make a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Discount voucher

• The voucher is not valid when combined with other discount codes.
• Only one voucher can be used per order.
• The voucher is only valid on products within the Maestro Latt range.
• It is not possible to receive cash instead of a discount.
• It is not permitted to modify or falsify discount codes, including hacking, spreading viruses, spamming, or forwarding.
